The Pepper colorway features a soft, desert-inspired palette. The dark gray midsole transitions to a pale, dusky pink on the uppers. In daylight, you can see pale blue-gray accents mixed in with the pink; they're reflective after dark. A light brownish-orange stripe runs along the lateral side, with a slightly lighter version on the medial side. The laces and collar come in pale beige.

About the YEEZY Pepper reflective vs. non-reflective

The Pepper reflective colorway uses 3M material that reflects light after dark. The 3M is integrated into the Primeknit material for maximum shine. When it launched, the reflective Pepper was slightly more expensive than the non-reflective version.

On this YEEZY shoe, the Boost soles are designed for maximum cushioning and shock absorption where you need it most. The Pepper reflective shoes also come with adidas Primeknit uppers. This knit fabric features varying elasticity and support levels at each part of your foot. It stretches to accommodate feet of all shapes for a streamlined fit.

Design features and materials on the Pepper YEEZY reflective 380

The Pepper colorway of the YEEZY 380 sneakers has a distinct look and feel. The Primeknit uppers feature a bootie-style construction — the stretch fabric slips on quickly and hugs your feet. You can use the 380s with or without the laces. One of the most noticeable design features is the monofilament window on each side of the shoe. It's translucent, so your socks are visible. The small holes also allow airflow for a cooling effect.

From the side, you'll see that the back edge of the sole angles away from the ground sharply, and the rear of the collar rises high up the back of your heel. On the bottom, you'll find the classic, traction-boosting YEEZY herringbone rubber outsole.
