The Jordan 2.5 Team Grays are so named because they were designed as a cross between the Air Jordan 2 and the Air Jordan 3. With a solid rubber outsole, a mid-top silhouette, and plenty of padding inside, these Jordans are both flashy and functional. The Jordan 2.5 Team Gray's turquoise inserts combine with the white laces to produce a look that's similar to the North Carolina Tar Heels, Michael's alma mater. The bulk of the gray midsole is smooth, and there are three layers of protection around the toes. Patches of white stitching complete the design and blend seamlessly into the cement-colored body of these shoes. To make sure your feet stay stable, the bottoms of the Jordan 2.5 Team Grays have several herringbone blocks made of solid rubber.
