As its name suggests, the Air Jordan 2.5 is a hybrid of the Air Jordan 2 and the Air Jordan 3. Since both of those legendary installments in the Jordan franchise have earned so much love, it was only natural for Nike to combine them. The cement print that lines the center of the upper of the Jordan 2.5 was clearly inspired by the Jordan 3's classic white cement print although this version of the 2.5 features a cool University Blue. The rest of the body was taken from the Jordan 2 with black nubuck above the cement print and black leather below it. Blue and black leather combine tastefully to make up the sole. A Jumpman sits on the tongue, and the Jordan wings logo is on the back heel.
