• Unsnap any decorative cover from the door pull strap and the remote bezel.
• Pull the front edge of the bezel outward and push the bezel backward to release it.

• Remove the retaining screws from the lower side of the door handle and remove it.
• Remove the spring clips mounted to the door handle.
• Lift the door panel up and to the left to lift it off of the lock rod.
• Move the panel away from the door.
• Then, disconnect the wires that connect it to the rest of the vehicle.
• Disconnect the inside handle actuator rod.
• If the water shield has to be removed, do so carefully.

After the original one has been removed, you can begin replacement. Remember to use all the pieces that you disconnected while removing the product that was initially in place.

• Run the new sealer around the door metal under the water shield and stick the water shield to the door.
• Hook the panel over the door at the window slit and hang it over the door.
• Make sure the retaining clips line up with the holes and press the panel in over each clip to engage it with the door.
• Install the door handle with the retaining screws.
• Install the window crank at the same angle, engaging its internal splines with the ones on the window mechanism shaft.
• Install the pull strap, retaining screws, and bezels.
• Install the remote bezel.
